Energy Modeling with the PHPP

Buildings account for almost half of US energy use. Green building must include energy conservation. Modeling is the way to ensure that a design is optimized, not wasting money but achieving desired goals. Using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) software, ECO provides energy modeling as a core service for all the houses we build.

The PHPP was created to assure that buildings meet the rigorous Passive House standard. There are many decisions to make in a construction project. Energy modeling assists clients in evaluating some of these primary, often interconnected, decisions to find the right balance for their project.
